As a qualified stress management consultant, based in Greater Manchester, I offer a full counselling service for individuals or groups and work within the British Association of Counsellors' Code of Ethics. I have several years experience helping clients of all ages to deal with stressful situations, especially with loss, grief, bereavement and palliative care. I specialise in workplace stress, diet, body image, and smoking cessation.

I am also a lecturer on accredited courses for Stress Management Training, Counselling Studies and Training the Trainers (NCFE). As an accredited counselling level 1 centre for adults, I also hold an Advanced Diploma in Stress Management Training (accredited by Sheffield Hallam University) and the Diploma in Organisational Stress Management Training. I am a member of the Association of Accredited Stress Management Trainers. I am also a City and Guilds 7307 qualified lecturer in further and adult education.
